Russell Martin admitted he was very proud of the players' performance and happy that the traveling fans could share in the joy of victory.

Leicester City manager Russell Martin said the team is building momentum after a comfortable 4-0 victory over Bromley. Leicester City had already beaten Doncaster Rovers over the weekend, entering this match with high spirits and ultimately securing another win, achieving their first-ever two-game winning streak in the league this season.

In the away stands in southeast London, Leicester City fans who had traveled a long way witnessed their team's brilliant performance with enthusiastic support. This victory also helped Leicester City further improve their ranking, moving them up to 10th in the English Football League One standings before their upcoming away match against Luton Town.

In a post-match interview, Russell Martin said: "I am incredibly proud of the players' performance and delighted to see the traveling fans enjoy this victory. The team delivered a satisfying performance in many aspects, and what pleases me most is that we successfully defended our goal and prevented the opponent from scoring."

"I think we can see from the opening performance that the team has improved compared to the weekend game. This is also what we have always expected of the players. We hope that they can continue to break through their own limits and let the outside world see the team's continuous growth and steady progress."

"Winning two consecutive games is of great significance to the confidence and morale of the entire club. Players, staff, and fans alike can all be encouraged by this achievement. We hope to take this opportunity to further consolidate our current good form and gradually build a stable upward momentum. In addition, several players delivered outstanding performances tonight, and we must strive to maintain this level."

Russell Martin continued, “We might feel a little disappointed that we didn’t extend our lead, but as head coach, it’s my responsibility to set higher standards for the players and continue to help them improve. I made that clear to the players after the game. Overall, it was a very mature and aggressive game. The team showed a good level of play in terms of pressing the opponent, quickly regaining possession, and organizing passing. I’m proud of everyone’s performance.”

"We showed excellent balance in the game tonight, being both proactive and composed. Our opponents are strong and have a very good home record, so winning away from home was not easy. However, from the moment the whistle blew, we showed enough intensity and ambition and successfully caused them a lot of trouble."

“We adhered to our established game plan from start to finish. For about five minutes in the first half, the team was not precise enough in handling the ball, and the overall pace slowed down. Apart from that, the players performed quite well at other times.”

Sammy Brebrook, a product of the club's youth academy, delivered a stellar performance in midfield, contributing three assists in this match. Russell Martin hopes the 22-year-old can further enhance his attacking threat, not only creating opportunities for his teammates but also striving to score goals himself.

Russell Martin said: "His performance tonight was amazing. However, there is one thing I find a little unfortunate about Sammy Brebrook, which is that he had a very good scoring opportunity but failed to put the ball into the goal. This is something he needs to continue to improve in the future. Apart from that, his judgment on the field was very accurate, and he handled both the final pass and the cross very well."

“I am proud of Sami Brebrook. He not only has outstanding football talent, but also admirable personal character. He has already contributed a lot of playing time to the team and is constantly improving. Tonight, we had four players from the youth academy come on the field, and they all delivered satisfactory performances. Going forward, everyone needs to continue to work hard and improve together with the team.”

“We will continue to do our best to help these young players improve, which is undoubtedly encouraging. I think they are increasingly confident in their ability to represent the club they have played for for many years, and are gradually realizing that they are a part of this place.”
