James Tarkowski believes the team is in very good form and that he himself is also in good competitive condition.

James Tarkowski praised Everton's ability to quickly recover and get back into the game after a defeat. The team's unbeaten run at the start of the season ended last week with a 0-2 loss to Chelsea. Now, Everton hope to quickly recover from that defeat and regain their previous form. Next, they will travel to north London to face defending Premier League champions Arsenal, a tough challenge.  

James Tarkowski said in an interview with Everton's official television channel : " Looking back at last season, I think the team was able to adjust quickly after each loss and put on a positive performance. Hopefully, we can continue that momentum this time and make an ideal response this weekend."  

“We hope to continue to gain points. The match against Chelsea was not easy, and that defeat was undoubtedly a blow to the team. However, we performed quite well against Arsenal last season, so the whole team is looking forward to the upcoming match.”  

As Everton's captain, James Tarkowski has demonstrated consistent and excellent form this season, playing a crucial role in defense on numerous occasions. He currently leads the Premier League with 57 successful duels and is second with 22 interceptions.  

Speaking about his outstanding performance this season, James Tarkowski added , " I feel great right now, in ideal physical condition, and maintaining a good level of strength. I'm very happy to have been able to participate in full preseason training and gradually adapt to the rhythm of the new season. The team as a whole is in good shape, and I'm personally at a good competitive level. I hope to be able to play every week; that's the most important goal at this stage."
